Onboarding
Every newcomer benefits from the individual integration program to discover his/her team, VM Building Solutions’ vision, mission, goals, culture, ways of working and HR processes. She/he will also be trained on our products, methods & tools.
Role and responsibilities
VMB Building Solutions as an employer expresses both permanent and punctual expectations towards its employees. Permanent expectations are formalized by a job description. Punctual expectations are described for a specified period. They are broken down into objectives during the hiring process or during the annual interview.
Evaluation
Every employee has an annual appraisal with his/her supervisor. This is a moment to discuss with distance from the day-to-day business, measure the employee’s contribution to the company objectives, define objectives and decide on training and development actions.
Training
We are convinced that training is a privileged tool for developing skills and ensuring that our human resources match the needs of the business.
Any change in organisation, function or mobility is an opportunity to adapt our human resources or to develop them, particularly through training.
I started as Process support assistant via a temporary V.I.E. contract. Today, I am on a permanent position as Responsible for the Process team for the Bratislava production site.
